Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 25, 2026
At Instant Biodata Maker, accessible from https://www.instantbiodatamaker.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Instant Biodata Maker and how we use it.
1. No Server-Side Storage of Personal Data
TL;DR: We do not store the personal details (Name, DOB, Photos, Family details) you enter in the biodata form on our servers/database.
Instant Biodata Maker is designed as a client-side tool. The information you type into the biodata form is processed locally within your browser to generate the PDF. Once you close the tab or clear your browser cache, this data is lost. We do not have a database of user profiles.
2. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser Local Storage to temporarily save your form progress so that you don't lose your work if you accidentally refresh the page. This data resides strictly on your device and is not transmitted to our servers for permanent storage.
3. Photos and Images
When you upload a photo for your biodata, it is processed locally in your browser (converted to a temporary Base64 string). It is NOT uploaded to any cloud storage or server.
4. Third-Party Privacy Policies (Ads & Analytics)
We may use third-party services like Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Instant Biodata Maker, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs.
- Google Analytics: To understand website traffic usage trends.
- Google AdSense: To display relevant advertisements.
Note that Instant Biodata Maker has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
5. Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
6. Consent
By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its Terms and Conditions.
